Project Server 2013 Boot Camp

The goal of this hands-on instructor-led course is to provide users with an extensive knowledge on Microsoft Project and Project Server by combining the content from our couses C-582, C-583 & C-584.  You will learn the skills necessary to effectively manage and configure the Project Server 2013 environment during this 4-day intensive hands-on course.  This course will provide you with the topics you will need to know for exam 74-344 along with more advanced administrator topics to configure and maintain Project Server and Project Online using both Project Professional and the Project Web App interface. You learn how to perform the necessary common SharePoint administrative tasks, how to manage the integration points between Project Server and SharePoint Server, how to configure demand management, project governance, and project collaboration sites, how to build a workflow, and how to use business intelligence features. Learn from instructors with real-world experience in deploying Project Server across many industries.
